Several carpeted areas in corners and along carpet edges adjacent to tiles needed repair to resolve damage caused by a couple of cats that were chasing spiders (or centipedes that were chasing spiders). I called, spoke with ******, provided a couple of photos and received a quotation and a proposed appointment date to complete the necessary repairs. ****** and ******* arrived on schedule and completed the needed repairs in about four hours at a cost far lower than that of carpet replacement. Now, my carpet looks as good as it did before my cats tried to send it to the trash. I would recommend CTM Carpet Care to anyone who is seeking carpet repair or cleaning and wants a quality job at a reasonable cost.

This team is AMAZING! My carpet needed stretched...CTM is the only company I found who provides this service..(made numerous phone calls)..other companies only clean.They are professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.
