    Horrible experience. Ordered 2 3' x 5' outdoor flags on 9/2/2024, told I would receive them in 5-10 business days, and never received them and no messages as of 10/7. Called them, they apologized and promised overnight shipping. Never received them. Canceled the order. Ordered them from a major online retailer, at a lower cost, and got overnight delivery. There is absolutely no reason to use American Flag and Emblem. I ordered 156 small 8 x 12 poly cotton outdoor flags for Memorial Day and it took 30 days to receive them. They were of poor quality, some not stapled correctly, the top portion falling off, and they fell apart quickly. I want to support the American Legion, but not when this company offers a substandard product and service.

    They claim to process orders in one to two weeks, latest 4 weeks for non-personalized items. I placed an order on 15 June 23. In spite of customer inquiries on 11 Aug 23, 21 Aug 23, 7 Sep 23 & 8 Sep 23 the simple order has not been shipped, nor have my inquiries received anythin other than an automated eMail response. They have, however, taken my $75 but have made no order to shi or explain delay in over 4 months.

    Active duty military family here ordered a flag in June 2023 and have still not received it September 2023. **************** representative **** was rude and unhelpful. Told me he would talk to shipping as soon as conversation was over and nothing came of it. They charged our account in one day, still havent shipped order 2 1/2 months later. They do not support active duty military families, they just create another battle for us to fight.

    They don't answer emails, and no one ever answers the phone, they just put you on hold indefinitely!

    It's obvious this company either doesn't read these reviews, or just doesn't care. I have been on hold with this *** on 3 separate occasions for over 30 minutes with no resolution to order discrepancies. On 3 other occasions I was on the phone for over an hour. They make "Buy American" a joke.

    Ordered a large ALR back patch with custom stitching for my state requirement. Needles to say the quality of the workmanship is unsatisfactory. Tried to comply with there return policy and got back doored by the associate due to there error. Kind of a bad situation when where required by the American Legion to purchase certain items from this company due to copy write laws. Sounds like a monopoly?? Advice - Order the patch and go to a local shop for the need stitching.
