    I purchased a ******* Hot Pepper phone through Q-Link June 23, 2022. In August 25, 2022 I began to have issues with charging the phone. I tried five to seven other USB cords hoping to charge the phone. It would not connect unless I push the connector in hard. I proceeded to call QLink customer service they then informed me that I needed to contact Hot Pepper to let them know what the problem was because the warranty for the phone. I spoke to a customer service member at Hot ******************** that Monday but due to me not having the phone with me I had to call the next day. After explaining the situation they had me go through a hard reset but that did not repair the connection issue for charging the phone. I was then told that they did not cover manufacturing issues with the phone. I then asked to speak to a supervisor they refused to allow me to do so by telling me they were busy on another call I said that I would wait they would not allow me to do that. I called again and spoke to another person they told me it was a charge cord issue. I said if it was an issue it would have charged with another cord. I asked again to speak to a supervisor they continue to refuse to allow me to speak to a supervisor. I called once more and asked to speak to a supervisor and that I would wait on the phone. They only allow me to wait a few minutes proceeded to tell me a supervisor would call me back but they never did. I'm frustrated that a phone less than three months old has issues and I'm expected to eat the cost of a new phone that has flawed manufacturing issues. The so called cord issue the charge cord included with the phone charges other items that has the same connection.
