  My daughter attends Little Hearts Early Learning Academy ***** ************ IN ****************************** and the daycare owner will not return her physical social security card or her birth certificate. These are very important documents. I am trying to enroll my daughter in another daycare center and I cannot, because the owner, *******, will not give me back vital documents that belong to us. The staff members are unprofessional and even locked my daughter out of the daycare upon arrival at 9:24am on August 29, 2022. They have a cut-off arrival time of 9:30am, but still failed to let my daughter in the door. As my daughter waved through the window, staff ignored us, causing me to miss work due to no childcare.

  I Am Replying back as to the Complaint that was put in for 

  Little Hearts Early Learning Academy INC 

   On 6/27/22 this Parent brought her daughter to my  childcare facility 

  We followed the Regular steps when Assisting her with Enrolling her Daughter ,She gave us A Birth Certificate,Shot Records & A Physical,which are the Required Documents to Have in the files Required by State ,We Copied Her Documents and Gave them Right Back To her. Once She Started bringing her daughter in She would drop her off after the cut off time. We let all of our parents know up front that we have a Cut off time of 9:30am,And Its Posted On the Door So the Parents Can See It. Once Staff let me know she was bringing her late i addressed it with her and still continued to work with her,after continuing to be late we let her know that she cant come in if shes late again.On 8/29/22 she was trying to drop her daughter off after the cut off time and Staff did not let her in ,she called me and I let her know that she couldnt stay due to her dropping off too late she got mad and hung up.She then called back and said,You have all her Original copys of her vital records, can I have them back,I stated that We Only have Copys of the birth certificate,shot records & physical.We Do Not have her Original Anything,We Copied that and Returned Them back to You On 6/27/22 when You First Enrolled Her.After I stated that, I Actually went to check her file just to make sure it wasnt left in her file 

  And It Was Not,I contacted Her and let her know that I checked and that we dont have those original documents, and we only had copys. A couple hours later she sent me threatening messages and had someone else sending me threatening messages and also Got on social media and Made a post about me and my business
