  Worst experience ever. Went over in extensive detail that we needed dryer vent cleaned inside out and outside in. Even gave them the height of the roof so they knew what size ladder to bring. $250 was the quote. Long story short, they show up and blow the vent out from the inside out, didn't go on the roof. My husband asked why they weren't doing the outside and they said it was $50 extra. I called the contact at **** and asked for some refund of money since they didn't do the full scope and he says no it would have been $450 doing both paths! Big difference there and wasn't happy. Then water pours all over my floor when we do a load. My husband moved the washer out a couple inches to help them and they pushed it back into place with the dryer and didn't confirm they had the house all the way in. They were back there working and moved the hose out and still felt no responsibility in making sure it was back in the wall. So I get offered for a discount some fans to dry my walls from the flood! Told them never would I allow them back into my house and never giving them another dime. They even got their techs on the phone with me to lie and say they never touched anything and then my husband gets accused of being the liar! Some serious issues with all of this and recommend you NEVER do business with them. Funny their website has all the 5 stars from years ago but you look here and they have a 2.1????????? I am a Commercial Property Manager so I am super detailed with expectations and scope and cost. This guy is hustling people and you can also see he's done this to others from the reviews on Yelp.

  Used this service yesterday for carpet cleaning for 1 floor of stairs and a master closet. Was quoted $135 over phone before booking (as this is their minimum). Owner *** advised since they are located 45 minutes away they could not provide in person quote (which I preferred) but would come out & complete service. Day of service, the technician was a no call no show. I called owner who sent out another technician several hours later to complete. Technicians were nice and friendly however upon arrival stated $250 and added $25 service charge. I watched them complete task which was done in under 30 minutes and did not add any extra scrub services which could justify the extra charge. They sprayed the carpet then used steamer to clean. I called the owner next day to talk about unexpected service/charge and he would not issue any refund and stated he stood behind technicians. Advised $25 service charge is for price of equipment/chemicals, which makes no sense to me. Would not recommend, seems like a scam to charge more at time of service...

  I hired **** for HVAC duct and vent cleaning for my daughters home while I was out of town. When I returned and discovered the disappointing job, I called *** and asked him to come review the job. He agreed, met me at my daughters home and said the job was appropriate. I spoke with two other professionals who agreed the job was poor. He said he wanted to speak to the others and rebut their comments, that they were dishonest.*** attempted to sell me additional options, including a spray to seal inside the vents and vent replacement in the amount of thousands of dollars. He was disrespectful, demeaning and criticized the other opinions I received without even knowing who they were.The website states if you are not satisfied with the job they will try again, and if still not satisfied, refund your money. I was told the job was already done well and he would not consider a refund.I chose **** based of ratings and reputation. The worst part is my daughter is disabled and not in a position to judge a job well done. It could not be more inappropriate for someone to take advantage of the disabled.I clearly do NOT recommend ****!!
