    I hired The cleaning authority and after the first initial clean $300.00 + tip, I arrived home to find a bill on the counter with what they had cleaned for the day, but this bill actually belonged to a different client. So I had no idea what they really cleaned and it was obvious my floors were still dirty in the bathroom and laundry room. I called to complain, they told me sorry and they would do better next time. the second initial clean was $300.00 + tip also. this time I actually got a list of what they cleaned and they did do a better job, but many things were still questionably clean. I decided to give them one final chance the last clean was $250.00 + tip they came and again my floor were dirty in the laundry room and bathrooms. I could run my hand on the floor and come up with dust in places they stated they mopped?? I called the office to complain the very next morning and someone answered the phone and took my phone number and said the manager would call me back. I did not hear from anyone so in 3 days I emailed the company and ***** from the northside office said he forwarded my email to the manager on the southside office and that someone should reach out to me. 3 more days go by and I still have heard from no one, so I called the office again and someone took my name and number and said a manager would call me back. I first called the company to complain on 8/21/23 and I still have heard from no one. I would not hire this company, terrible customer service.
