      On November 24, 2023 I placed an order (#*****) with Tea's Me for which I paid $76.25 using my bank card. I purchased all items except one as Christmas gifts. I ordered a specific t-shirt for myself--the one captioned "ThirsTea" online ($25), but I instead received the one captioned "More Tea Please" (still in original package). The scripts are different on the shirts. Born and raised in ************, I patronize this cafe when I visit family still living there.On December 9, 2023 I called the 22nd St location and reported the issue to ***** and provided my contact information. He said he would relay the information to ********************* via email. No one contacted me so on December 11, I left a voicemail message on the Tea's Me contact line and also emailed *********************, whose email address is on the order form. Her email to me stated that she remembered my order, had pulled the t-shirt, and would send the correct t-shirt if I returned the shirt I received. Before I could respond to question why I would be responsible for shipping costs when Tea's Me made the error, I received a call from "Char", who identified herself as a Tea's Me representative responding to my voicemail. She told me to keep the shirt I have and promised to send me the shirt I ordered. **** later left a message on my phone saying she had misplaced my address, so I provided the info to her again. A couple months later I called 22nd St re: the shirt & was promised resolution ["Terin" did not recognize the name "Char"]. Nothing came of the call to Terin. On January 18, 2024 an individual named "Von/******?" took my information. On March 14, I left a message on Tea's Me website and on March 25, I emailed *********************. I received no response to date. For over 4 months I have received nothing but empty promises. Former WNBA player ****** Catchings owns the cafe.By the way, the shirt sent in error is still in its original packaging and has not been worn or used in any way. It is not what I ordered.
