      I have contacted ****** regarding this matter and was informed that they agree with me and will refund the shipping charge I paid and file claim to the seller. A honest seller would have honered the deal and paidthe shipping charge and filed a claim with the shipping partner -UPS

      The complaint can be closed out because ****** has agreed to compensate me for the shipping and they will file claim from the shipper. As per ******, it is the shipper's job to file claim to UPS.

      This order was shipped promptly with *** Next Day Air shipping, however based on the *** website, it appears that the package encountered some delay as a result of an emergency or severe weather.

      More details from *** state the following: "Uncontrollable events have delayed delivery. We are adjusting delivery plans as quickly as possible. Please check back on the next business day for updates."


      Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for delays due to force majeure. Customer may return the order for a refund within 30 days of receiving it.
