  I judge a company by what they do compared to what they say. I've never used their products but was told "If youre willing to meet with an Account Expert, wed like to make a $75 donation to Just Compassion and talk through some of those ideas with you." I did meet with the Account Expert, it was unfortunately not for us. However, they decided to not give us that donation because we didn't move forward with their product. Absolutely disgusting! To me, this shows how the company truly behaves. I will never use their product.

  Bloomerang is an ineffective donor management system staffed by unprofessional and uninformed people. We had intended Bloomerang to ease our workload and provide our small organization with more efficiencies to our fundraising efforts but it has only complicated them. From the beginning we clearly explained our specific needs and were told that Bloomerang would meet them. They never did and we spent hours on inefficient weekly zoom calls that were repetitive and offered little progress. We have spent many hours bringing incorrect and inaccurate data fields to their attention. We were refused a refund despite the fact management acknowledged that our needs that were originally shared in the initial sales calls were not met. In fact, the sales representative has refused to return our calls or emails. The on-boarding project manager did not know the product and kept repeating that our questions about effectiveness and use of the data would be answered in the next step. We had to **** through the bad data for months first! We were under the inaccurate impression that the system would help us manage donor data more efficiently. This was not the case at all. Every step was painful - and we never even got all our data over correctly. This is a pattern - Bloomerang cannot deliver and refuses to acknowledge when they don't.
