    Back on June 20th I entered into an agreement with Quest Exteriors/Concrete. The amount of $1.750.00 was paid to cover half of our concrete project. At that point we were supposed to be contacted and assigned a project manager who would come to our house to look over the area for the project. On July 28th we were informed that Quest was running behind schedule due to raw material shortages. Our "take-off" appointment with the project manager was scheduled for September 13th at the time. On September 13th no one arrived at our house for the meeting. I received no call or communication of any kind that the meeting was move/cancelled. I sent an email to the staff member assisting us.On September 14th I received a reply to my email that the ** was unable to come to our house the day prior. He was able to come out on Sept. 17th to view the project and we were told it would be a few weeks. I called our ** on October 3rd after I had not heard anything and asked for a timeline for the project. I was told that we were going to be on the schedule for Oct. 14th. On Oct 13th I received a call from our ** that they again had raw material shortage. He said installation now would be pushed back a week to Oct. 21st. I received a call on Oct. 17th from a higher up person at Quest stating that supplies should be in on the 18th of Oct. and that we were at the top of the list. I have since tried calling our ** who has gone completely silent and is not returning my calls of voicemails for an update. I have sent a few emails to the office for any update on a timeline, but am just told my email is being passed along to "whom it needs to go to". It is now Nov. 1st and I have no timeline and all communications are being ignored. Thank you for your assistance,************

    This complaint is against the wrong entity. The entity the claim appears to address is Quest Concrete, LLC. Quest Exteriors did not contract with this customer and this complaint should be directed to Quest Concrete, LLC, a wholly separate entity.
