      I will NEVER use Angi again. They deserve ZERO stars.I wanted the front section of my roof washed.First guy they sent did less than 1/4 the job and said his time was up - the roof looked worse than when he started. He said they's come finish but he made 3 different appts and didn't show up for any of them.Angie said they'd send someone else to finish the job at no charge. HE didn't show up.I complained again and a 3rd ****** came and worked for twice the originally alloted time and finally finished but expected me to pay him for his extra time.I'm going to complain AGAIN that he should be paid, but he says Angi doesn't really care.

      ***** was a great painter! We loved his work will recommend him to others. Fantastic job, punctual. We highly reccommend him and wiil ask him to do other projects in the future as needed!!

      Horrible experience. Happiness guarantee is a joke. They don't let you schedule but force a date on you. Living in ****** they just told me they only have one installer? Really? If you can't comply with what they are offering, your only option...too bad for you. Be aware they have joined with ***************************** doesn't inform you that Angi is now their subcontractor.

      I would give a zero star rating if that was an option. Do not use Angis list. I purchased furniture through ******* and purchased the assembly from Angis List option. First ****** Angis list sent out refused to finish the assembly unless I gave him more money because he didnt like what Angis was paying him. I stated, no thanks Ive already paid for the assembly once Im not paying for it again. I contacted Angis list and they scheduled a different ****** to come and finish the project. He was a no show. I told Angis list I was going to finish the build since I had already missed two days of work due to this project. That was in January. I have been waiting on my assembly refund since then. I have contacted them more times than I can count and get that I will have my refund in 3-5-7 weeks. Still nothing. Now my emails dont even get a response from them. I would never recommend Angis List to anyone. I feel like ********** would have even been better than them.

      Was pleased with the contractors who responded to our request for quotes. Project was completed to our satisfaction. Will use Angi for future projects.

      I am a small independent contractor, I have a contract with Angie, I do remodel bathrooms, I'm paying $300 a month Angie promised to send 3 to 5 leads every month, actually I just receive 3 leads. The worse part? These leads are old or false leads, every time they send a "lead" I call the number provided, I send messages through Angie, I email, and I receive no phone calls, no reply to text and messages. I have spoken several times with different representatives, supervisors and managers and no one has done anything to resolve this problem. Last time I called they even said nothing is going to change, I will receive the same leads. Since Home Advisor and Angie's merged, everything changed. Before the ***** Angie's list was a good business, now they are all corrupted. Do not believe Angie, they promise but everything is false.

      ******! Had a handy man come out to perform three odd jobs. Handyman was prompt and we were very happy with the jobs that were completed. He brought another man with him to help. Fast forward a few days. I went in my jewelry box and found the entire middle section cleaned out. These people were the only people in our house. When confronted, the main handyman stated he would trust the guy he brought with him. We will NEVER use Angi again and will never leave people we dont know alone in our home. A pair of earrings that my husband bought for an early anniversary that meant a lot to me were among the stolen jewelry. ??

      So far I used Angi for at least 4 or 5 projects and theyve been exceptionally good and I will use them again in the future.

      It's very discouraging as a contractor to constantly get calls from customers asking for free services and having to pay for that "privelege". How can we sell the job to the customer if all they want is to get free services? We are a business trying to support our families. And I get to pay $30 each time that happens, it's very disheartening. Customer support is no help at all for the contractor, they literally do not care and are not helpful at all. We were also misled by our salesperson as to the specifics of the program and are now stuck in a year contract unless we pay $3500. I would say most contractors can do better hustling on their own as this is frustrating day after day. We are going to ride out the contract and hopefully get some jobs from it as we have no choice. and I do understand not all leads turn into jobs but when 50% are asking for free services or even for US to pay THEM to come get their ****, that is not right. Angi doesn't care for their contractors or help them in any way.
