    My name is ****** ***** and I had a Kubota B7610 in for service last year and last week.The first time; the front axle was grinding at odd intervals and it felt as if a gear may be stripped/worn/separated. I brought it in for service and after a few weeks called to find out my tractor never had a ticket entered. I called three days in a row until my tractor was located. Once it was located; a seal was replaced. The cost was around $1200.00.The same issue occurred this year so I took the tractor to your headquarters and the work was completed at a cost of 3K. I picked it up at 4pm on 3/21 and yesterday 3/22 I started the tractor and used it for approx. an hour. The front end sounds horrible and it sounds as if there is more extensive damage than before it was repaired.. I was only in 2wd; never shifted to 4wd, and was only towing a small wagon.I have over 4K invested in repairs at the ************* repair shop located on ****************. The tractor has been at your shop in excess of two months over the past 24 months, the costs continue to increase and Im not sure how to proceed. I am concerned that a proper diagnosis was not completed the first time I brought the tractor in which could have further damaged the axle/gearing. I know your company is reputable and these are not always easy problems to fix; however; I would like to know that I can bring my tractor back to have this issue resolved at no extra cost with additional oversight to the problem. I am emailing this to multiple points of contact on Sunday March 23rd 2025 and would like a response by EOD March 27th, 2025. Please take into consideration that I dont have great access to a trailer, travel for work, rely on this machine to maintain my property, and I'm in the prime season when it is most needed. This inconvenience is now incredibly frustrating and impactful. Thank you for your consideration.****** *********************************************** 3/31: No follow-up from Macallisters.
