    This is a scam. I was charged my initial fee and four hours later they charged me again. I have been trying to get the second payment reversed for two weeks. I keep getting told that the issue will be stepped up and someone will call, no one ever does. The bank wants $30 to cancel the second, fraudulent charge. I will be pressing ******** against this fraud company to get my money back.

    I live in *************** where they use this allpaid. well it rececently updated to the doxo something to pay my water bill. I noticed very high ***** dollar late fees, that is robbery. I notice a difference in my bills monthly, can't get a hold of the customer ********************** line, takes 3 weeks nearly to process my payment. my disability doesn't hit till the 28th of each month and they want to turn off your water on the 24th . Something needs to be done about this . I'm starting to feel like I live in a very shady town with no laws really. It's really a joke. I had to go in last month on the 29th because my bank account was compromised even asked them to see my police report, can't get water help in the area no churches every pick up. or call back.
