I called northlane to check the balance and they wouldn't talk to me because my address and email were incorrect. This went on for a few weeks. I sent in my proof to have my address changed back and found out my card was hacked with a one cent balance on it. they issued a new card with the one cent transfered. i filed a fraud report march 3rd and faxed it in. march 18th the fraud report was finished. They credited me with 145 dollars back. I have tried for for at least a month and a half to receive a fraud report with no luck. They claim they have mailed and emailed it multiple times. I need some help with this and not sure what to do. I lost ******* dollars and they refunded ****** back.
