  I am a member of elements credit union I have a **** account and have been unable to get on line to check transactions and pay tha bill *****

  I opened a promotional account with Elements Financial in order to take advantage of their one year 5% promotional interest rate. At the time, there was no disclosure of a 15 transactions per month requirement. At the end of a year, they did not provide the $500+ in interest I should have earned. When I called to ask them to correct their error, they added the condition of ************************************* that I would receive nothing. I shop carefully for my financial products and chose Elements from among several options for the fact that they did not have a transaction requirement, as I primarily bank elsewhere and knew I would not meet it. If this requirement was in the disclosures I signed, it is so buried in fine print as to be an egregious scamand I am complaining about their hiding the requirements and stealing the use of $20,000 from me for that year. If they did not have this requirement buried deep in the fine print of the documents I signed, then they have changed the terms after the fact, and I am complaining about their failing to meet their obligation to me as a customer.

  I was tricked into refinancing my car after I signed a agreement *********************** asked me my payoff amount which was ******* at the time he asked if I wanted gap insurance I told him no he put it on my loan anyway along a lot of other charges I didnt see it on the original paperwork as I was going over my paperwork I my car had gap insurance added and other charges why would I put gap insurance on my car if I already had insurance when told him about he hung up the phone after trying to get ahold of him several times it kept going to voicemail finally he answered after several attempts I was mad by then I ask him take that gap insurance off and those charges he told you sign the contract and I will have talk to his manager on November twenty ninth thousand twenty three at 3: 28 I received a call from ********************************* she ask me why wanted to cancel the loan told her about the charges that put on my car and told her I wasnt paying that she offered to.remove the charges and still wasnt satisfied because I felt like some fraud was going on and didnt want to do no business with a business that was not trustworthy so told I was paying that amount and I wanted cancel the loan that when she started shouting at me and told you risk getting your car repossessed and mess up your 700 credit score After you work so hard to raise your credit score I would rather do that then let somebody rob of what I work so hard so she she was going talk another manager it a shame to take advantage of a 65 year old woman money greed dishonesty has taking over and shameful I will everyone I know how I was done care a

  They done even get 1 star from me. I was given no call no email no text no letter until over a week later after I called police for stolen vehicle. Nope they took it when I was in agony with a tumor.I was told by their recovery protection that they wouldn't give me the car back even if I paid the entire car off, just for spite...... Now that's a professional Business
