      I paid off my car loan first online. I then called to find out delivery method of title to vehicle, and was told that while I made the payoff in full today, payment would not apply until Monday, and that I would then still owe $0.51 in additional interest. I was told they could cancel my online payment and bring cash to the branch in ************ "before 4 pm" and could walk out with title in hand. I did what they asked, but after making cash payment in full, I was then told nobody was on site to get my title and I would have to wait for it to be mailed. I went to the trouble of driving all that way after being assured I would have my title today, and left empty handed. The branch manager "*****" did not even so much as come speak to me the whole time I was there after being assured I would be taken care of by a supervisor. I am incredibly unhappy and need contact to resolve this situation.
