A simple emancipation of child support was dragged out with no court date or resolution for 6 months , which I originally sought removal of my case in May 2023 but was given apologize and promise my case would be given immediate attention..I sought additional legal counsel on modified visitation after the apologies.Was told they had new staff and went through a turn over.Was charged numerous fees for incompetent work from staff and demand to pay, which I refused Originally pay arrangement was stopped without my agreement , when I disagree I was accused falsely of not paying fees in past two years.Ask for removal new questionable fees and cease all work on my case.The false accusations of not paying on time is unprofessional and a insult.To me this is a sophisticated price gouging. I have always paid my attorney fees within 48 hours of email notification.Harwell legal counsel was a waste of money from January 2023 through July 2023.

All fees charged were pursuant to the fee agreement and challanged fees were all written off as agreed. All agreed court filings were also filed in court as they were hired to be according to correct legal standards and everything filed in court was 100% correct. Clients complaint was in regards to draft documents that were prepared for review.
