      Dear ******,
      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the missed consultation and would like to offer a sincere apology for your experience. We sent you a text message asking if you made the payment and we did not receive a response from you. 

      Unfortunately, because we didnt receive a response to our text message we couldnt confirm if you made a payment. Additionally, the name used to  make the payment was different from the name used to schedule the consultation. We werent provided with an email address to confirm payment, either. 

      Your satisfaction is very important to us. Now that we confirmed there was a payment made, because of the mixup, we have refunded the full payment. We want every interaction with our firm to be positive and always strive toward that outcome.

      If there is anything else we can do, please dont hesitate to reach out directly. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. We wish you the best.

      Thank you for the update. I sent her the same documents I gave to you and I haven't heard from her. Also, the refund seems to have cleared because I get a notice if it is rejected.
