Ooshirts dropped the ball when I never received my shipment on time. It was over a month late. I agreed to give them a second try. For those of you that have ordered from ooshirts when you go to place your order it makes you save your design. Then you can proceed with payment. I received my order and part of it was right. I received the 79 black ***** authentic t-shirts no problem. I ordered 20 Jerzees zip up front hoodies and received 20 Jerzees 50/50 hooded sweatshirts. I contacted company by email no response. I called they said there is nothing they can do for me I got what I ordered. I filed a claim, sent proof of what I ordered per their ordering system and I was still told I got what I ordered. I will NEVER ORDER FROM OOSHIRTS AGAIN. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ******. Paid over $1,000 for everything. Seeking $600 refund.Initial Complaint

I placed a large order for t-shirts for an event I am holding, and never received an email confirmation of my order. I contacted their chat multiple times over the course of multiple days asking for help with it, and was told time and again that they couldn't find the order even though I was giving them every bit of information they needed to find it. I contacted them via their chat feature, via their help email, and via their ********* and was either ignored completely, or directed to another source for help. Finally today on the chat, the worker finds my order in a matter of seconds, but tells me they can't make the order date because the orders been on hold. I made a bulk order on August 15, 2022 as below info. I paid the tax also. They suddenly emailed me on Aug 17, 2022 and let me know that they were out of the size *arge (22 shirts) yet they went ahead to make the t-shirts without the size large WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION. They refunded ****** which is the ON*Y cost of the t-shirts. They kept the tax I paid for it. This was going to be a concert merchandise and my supporters are waiting for the shirts in Tokyo, now I am with the t-shirts without the most popular size. If I knew they were out of stock of size *, I could've chosen a different color shirt to make the full order. This is a terrible mess created by this awful company called Ooshirts. It's almost like a criminal act since they didn't refund me the tax amount. I contacted them more than 5 times, they don't speak English clearly, they say the same thing again and again refusing to give me the full refund. I have to start over this merchandise process from scratch. It's a huge damage and a stressful incident. On 07/22/2022, I placed an order with Back To ********, for two t-shirts for my granddaughters. The t-shirts are screen printed: "Ready to Crush Kindergarten" and "Roaring into 3rd Grade. I ordered a medium for the 'kindergarten' shirt; and a large for the '3rd grader' shirt. I received ADULT sizes Medium and Large. The business has responded via email that they will not provide a REFUND, because my order was "fulfilled." I responded to this as, "How could that be accurate, when the t-shirts are ADULT sizes?" I uploaded photos of the t-shirts with a yard-stick ruler between them.Customer Answer

On 7/22/2022, I ordered and paid for two (2) t-shirts for my granddaughters The sizes ordered were medium for the kindergartener and large for the 3rd grader. The merchant sent me ADULT SIZES medium and large.
The merchant has REFUSED to correct THEIR MISTAKE.
Attached is a photo I took of both shirts, proving WRONG SIZES; and an email of the merchant's recent response to me. This is their 6th email refusing a resolution for me.
