    We contracted with premier deck coating during the summer of 2024 and the process was completed in July. It is now December and our deck is peeling badly. I tried calling the company for advice and left several voicemail messages. I also sent a text message, a ******** message and an email and haven't received a response from any attempt. We paid almost $4,000 to have our deck coated with a product that claims to have a 10-year warranty, but hasn't held up for at least 5 months

    Savannah called you and left you a message letting you know that with the winter our offices are shut down and we are not able to provide any services until the winter breaks. She let you know that as soon as that happens we will be out to address any issues you have and get them taken care of. When there was no other communication from you she assumed you got the voicemail and understood our situation. You are on her list to get taken care of as soon as the weather allows us to do so.

    Premier Deck applied a coating to our deck in October 2023. This was a special elastromeric coating with a 10 year warranty. In April, 2024, we noticed peeling and cracking of the finish. We immediately contacted the company and they said they would have someone inspect the job. Afetr numerous phone calls, *****, one of the principles in the business came to our house on July 17. His assessment was that the coating was defective and that they would need to clean and sand the complete deck and reapply the coating.We have contacted the company numerous times since that date in an attempt to get on their schedule, with no success.We would like for this warranty work to be completed this year or a full refund issued so we can have someone else coat our deck

    Attached is the service completion form that showed the service was completed on 8/20/24 so I was not aware that this was still open I assumed the customer removed the filing.
