    Road Runner was hired to deliver one crate and one pallet being shipped at the same time. The package was never delivered and they did not contact me that the pallets were missing until I called in 6 days after the items were to be delivered and they claim they were lost. I have had a very difficult time with communicating with them. The value of the items lost total $42,348.95 and paid over $1200 for shipping fees.

    I believe this message was sent in error. The message was intended for a company called "Road Runner" which seems to specialize in deliveries. We are not affiliated with this company and are unsure why this complaint was sent to us at Axis Apartments. There could be an issue with contact information.
