Basically we were seeing a dentist at this office that left the practice. Upon seeing the new dentist, we had tried to explain our sons teeth issues with him but he would not listen. Not only was it way more expensive that other visits, they also went after paying and tried to say we owe an addition amount of money. So now the visit for a 7 year old suddenly cost us $900. When we asked if they could just pull the problem teeth they refused. Even though these teeth have been filled twice and painted multiple times which insurance doesnt pay for either. And yet now we had to take our son to a different dentist for an emergency visit where he developed a gum boil and I function from tooth decay on a tooth we just spent so much to fill, so now our some might need a root canal at 7 years old. When we asked for the teeth to just be pulled to be pulled they assured us that this was the best option. Our other children have no issues with their teeth. So now we are questioning how our one child keeps having the same issues with the same two teeth after visits twice a year and no resolve. While we are still paying off the $900 that didnt even fix the problems. Now our son has to undergo further treatment for no reason when the issues could have been resolved. Our concern is we have been lied to for profit, and our sons health is now being effected as well as having to pay off these reoccurring bills and extra charges we are told we owe even after payment for treatments that didnt even work.

The reason for this charge is the patient had re-current decay on tooth #B.

We will refund $259 for the filling that had to be placed again on 11/23/2022.
