    If I could give zero stars I would. Doesnt submit to insurance with proper codes and will just forward you to collections instead of resubmitting to insurance despite patient trying to work though the issue with them.

    We take every review very seriously and are extremely disappointed that you felt that we warranted a one star. Im sure you agree that your surgical procedure was a five-star experience. Due to HIPAA, I cannot address your specific case except to say that between my office staff and our third-party billing company they spent almost 2 years trying to get your claim paid when it usually becomes a patients responsibility after 90 days. What a lot of patients dont realize is that when you have a medical and dental insurance through the same company, is that you have to meet your medical insurance deductible before the dental insurance will pay anything. Contrary to what you asked ** to do, it is insurance fraud to knowingly change a code from the actual procedure code to one that might be covered by insurance. We will never commit insurance fraud ever! If that earns ** a one star, then so be it.
