    On April 30th, 2024 I came into the office of Salad Soofi to get a treatment plan for upper and flexible partial.I gave him $1,313.00 $1,000 from *** account $313.00 from my checking account.I told him that I needed them the 1st Saturday in June.I received my upper but didn't get my ****** ones after the event I had.They got stuck into my gums and cut in them real bad it made sores in my mouth so I return them and they have there product still this day know one reach out to me to make this right ,but they have my money that I paid for them and there product as well. There must be something in the product they use because now the upper are making sores in my mouth and guns and I'm just not happy with the product and service I received.

    **** ******* did return the lower partial but not the upper denture.  We will refund her $634 for what she paid for the lower partial.  As you can see in the signed treatment plan provided, the amount for the lower partial is $634.  The upper denture is $679.  That makes the total $1313.  We will only refund what she returned.  A copy of ledger is also attached for reference.

    *******************************: 11/02/1988 I had ordered and paid for dentures to be completed almost a year ago and then found a company that would do it at a cheaper rate due to accepting my insurance. I asked for a refund and a check was issued. I was then burglarized and needed the check reissued to the office for pick up. I have called the office over 30 times in the past 3 months. I was told to call headquarters and had a nice young man help me but then we never heard back from head quarters or this office about the check being reissued despite him escalating the case to upper management. I have continued to call over and over. The East ***************** rudely calls me early in the morning every single time despite me asking them not to call in the morning and to call during the day. This morning at 6:15 AM the office called back and unprofessionally left a blank voicemail in which they cleared their throat and hung up. This has gone on for several months. I cannot help my mail and home was burglarized and this has become a detriment to my life. I have hired an attorney for personal injury due to this as well. It is very simple to void a check and reissue that check as I worked in payroll for many years. There is absolutely no reason this could not have been handled already. I would like the check reissued and overnighted to ************************************************************* #**** I would never ever suggest any patient go to this office. Extremely unprofessional.

    Went to Affordable Dentures and Implants, on **** ****************************************. ************ Aug. the 8th. For repair on my bottom denture , it was looked at and said it could be repaired under warranty, was told to leave it there until the next day, got a call from the dentist office saying it couldnt be repaired, because of glue, which I didnt put glue on it, when I went to pick it up it had glue or something all over it, ask to see the manager, she said she is the manager, and there is nobody else I can talk to, and told me the only thing I could do is get a replacement for $1,800
