In Nov/Dec 2024 i had an appointment to get fitted for diabetic shoes. They told me it would take 6-8 weeks for the shoes to come in. I called them in February ************************************************************************************************************************************************************* the shoes would be in in a couple weeks. Never recieved shoes two weeks later. Then called beginning of March and was told there was an issue with the company they ordered the shoes from and they would call me back to let me know when shoes were in. Never received a call back. I called again and was told a different reason the shoes weren't in. I recently called on Tuesday April 1 2025 and was given another excuse that the order had to be re done. There is something not right with this company. All I want is my diabetic shoes and it should not take over 6 months to get them.

On September 17, 2024, my mother had A1C Care Center to come out so she could pick out her shoes. I've been calling and going up to their office in person since November. I'm asking for a updated status from the owner and he refuses to contact me. I've spoken to his office help, ******* and she's supposedly given the owner the messages. This has never happened before and this is beginning to sound like a ******** scam to me. These are the dates that I've called:September: 26 (4 times), November: 11th, 27th, December: 17th, 18th, 20th. The last time I was in was December 23, 2024. I was given a business card with the owners name, cell, and email. I sent a email on Monday, Jan.6, 2025 and again yesterday, Jan 8, 2025.I'm being told by the office workers that it's a manufacturer issue, but THREE MONTHS??? They have been paid and they can't even give me the decency to return a call. And the reviews on ****** show you that this place is shady.Phase help. Thank you kindly

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]

I will NOT be satisfied until we have received the shoes.  After reaching out via phone calls, sending emails, and driving to the business in person and STILL not receiving any response until I had reported the company to the BBB, I do not trust anything that is told to me until I receive the shoes. All I wanted was a honest update, nothing more. By ignoring and avoiding me, I am very upset and it shows that they care nothing about their customers, especially the elderly that they work with.

    Regards,

I received a card from Care Center.Inc postmark 02/15/2024 telling me it is time to schedule an appointment to be measured and fitted for annual diabetic shoes. I made and kept my appointment for 04/04/2024 @ 10am. My feet were measured on that date. It is now 06/24/2024 and I have not received my diabetic shoes. I have made several phone calls concerning the shoes and was put off. The last time I called , I was told that they had a back load which is the problem for the delay. I have been getting diabetic shoes for many years and I have never had any problems before now. I have been wearing my diabetic shoes from two years ago because the last pair of shoes I received are a bad fit. My feet were placed in a mold instead of being measured. I am in need of my diabetic shoes so that I can do the things I need to do without my feet hurting.
