      Its making me put a star CLEAN SLATE ******** **** LOCATION:Price Gouging patients with insurance.Not discussing prices up front. Billing $0,01 to $1,350.00 for a five minute office visit. Not showing the correct billing price for months. Letting you beleave its a billing error. So i called in anonymous to ask price of visit with no insurance. They quoted $180.00 to $200.00 on monthly visits.When I called billing, they to think its a billing error. Don't get back to you at all.So you call them. They then say that's their contracted price for people with insurance through that company. So because you waited for them to call back, a fue months and this bill is quickly climbing even higher.This bill is so high that I can't afford to stay clean. I spent less abusing. Any other program I have called has been at around the $200.00 a month for a visit. I should just go get high and end everyone problem with me. I've not only destroy life but I destroy my family's life. I'm costing everyone I love. I spent less money on the street getting high. ALL I want to do is get clean. I wish I would have never learned about Clean Slate Addiction Treatment Center. I'm writing this complaint on my wife's account maybe she will see it someday and know I tried. I love her and I'm sorry for being the problem.

      My last pregnancy thier "policy" was to change from Suboxone to Subutex as there's not enough research on whether or not naloxone is safe for a fetus. I got pregnant again and BEGGED them more than once to switch me as I feared for my baby with the naloxone. They refused to switch me and I ended up miscarrying. At 6 weeks my baby had a heartbeat and looked good, I immediately told them I needed to be switched and at 9 weeks there was no longer a heartbeat. The woman who refused to switch me I had already had previous issues with, she purposely refused to make sure my baby would be safe because she didn't like me. I asked them not to have me see her before this had all happened, the obliged until they found out I was pregnant. All of a sudden I had to see her and only her and she lied about calling my other Drs to try and get them to switch the meds since she was refusing. Everywhere else switches you right away bc the naloxone enters the placenta and they don't KNOW the effects it will cause on a fetus. I had to do my own research to find this out and it even says on ***** website that they switch you when you're pregnant. She killed my baby simply bc she doesn't like me. She needs to be held accountable!
