    Horrible service i went to take a test at the Washington St location in ************. I provided my sample, and the lady tells me she won't accept it because she doesnt think it's urine. Then proceeds to tell me i have to sit up 3 hrs and take another test but this time naked in front of someone. If I don't stay it's considered a refusal. Since I'm 100% positive that I literally peed in the cup and they just refused my sample for no reason. I believe that they didn't follow proper procedures, if they even have procedures to determine if a sample is urine. I took every random test for the union at this location expect for 1. I've never had a issue before but since I couldn't stay to provide another sample I'm now black listed until I complete the drug program. I guess at anytime they can come to work with an attitude and reject anyone's sample. I've been doing some research, and I'm seriously thinking about filing a lawsuit. They're paid to collect samples and test them for compliance and employment purposes, so if I provide a sample and the temperature is correct it should be tested not glanced at and rejected because you don't think it's urine....testing it will tell you everything you need to know. If it's not pee the test will say that, or it come back dirty the test will say that. How can you be given a refusal when you provided a sample and they refuse to test it. Guess we'll find out in court. If you have a similar story about Disa in ************ IN, tell yours. Also if you're in the 1 of the unions, but don't go to the disa site on Washington to test, use one of the satellite collection centers.********* member
