    I consulted with Mrs. ****** ****************** in Spring of 2021, while I was still living in *******. I was referred to Mrs. ****************** through my then CPA. Due to being a single parent at that time and in the process of relocating to ************** just months later (July 2022), I thought that it was important to get my affairs in order. Attorney ****************** seemed trustworthy and had my best interest at heart. I spent $1500 for estate planning services. I was told if any changes were to ever be made, she would be able to make them. Throughout the entire process Mrs. ****************** knew that I was relocating and told me that my estate planning would protect, myself, my family and my assets even though I was moving out of state. Upon getting engaged in Spring 2023, I contacted Mrs. ****************** asking that I make necessary changes. I sent her the changes that I'd like to make and she suggested that we set up time to meet online with her and my new wife. The meeting was a total waste of time. She got on and told us that she would be unable to make changes to the estate planning due to my relocation. She stated that she consulted and realized that she could not make the changes. I would assume that this is something a lawyer should know. She did not provide referrals. She did not send the electronic documentation as I've requested. I've since contacted her office several times and have gotten the run around. I feel scammed. I'm now at a loss on moving forward and I have estate planning needs. I would like my money back. Mrs. ****************** took me on as a client knowing that I was moving states and therefore my estate planning is null in void.

    We hired this law firm in 2020. My father died and we needed help with his estate. Nothing big but did not know what to do. We have paid a total $3500 to Mrs. ****************** and we are still waiting to get this handled. We have emailed and she will make appointment with ** but then miss the appointment. She said she lost her assistant so she was behind, that was the excuse last month. When we did not get any reply to email and messages. We were trying to be understanding due to the pandemic, we knew courthouses were closed and the city was behind. But now if fills like she is completely dodging **.
