      My sister used Mr. ***** for years, on a service plan. They once caused a major leak. They declared that they are not responsible for damages. Recently, they suggested an appliance update that another company declared was not needed. More recently, my sister found out that they added a room to the service plan - - at an additional cost of $50 - - without my sister's authorization. When my sister called them, she was told that she could not speak to the person responsible for customer service. A complaint had to be submitted in writing. They are not an honest and aboveboard company!!

      Have been doing business with them for years and overlooked too many red flags. They didn't warranty a furnace that was under warranty because is was corroded. They quote me a new furnace every year on a different furnace that I have had other professionals out multiple times and am told everything is normal. Today after they fixed a drain leak I called them out for a leak coming through the ceiling in the same place. It was misdiagnosed the first time and is actually leaking from a different place. They take no responsibility and give zero concessions for the cost of the repairs that did not resolve the issue. I recommend not doing business with this company.

      I paid $15000 for a new HVAC system less than 6 months ago. My system completely stopped working on a Friday when it was 10 degrees outside. Called Mr **** to come out to fix things but they said they dont have the parts to fix my brand new system. Lady on the phone was supposed to set us up with a hotel room because my house temperature is in the 40s and continuing to drop. Mr **** has dodged our calls since trying to get ahold of them for hotel booking information and will be hearing from our attorney. Steer clear of this awful company. Oh and 1 more thing. They tried to sell me a filter for $127 dollars. Found the same one on ****** for $44. What a joke.

      Shape Plan (annual maintenance program) - Technicians present a sales pitch, with a video taken of your house, for "improvements" to your HVAC system after performing the check up. (During an air conditioner check up another man showed up and didn't indicate why he was there or introduce himself. He did no work, but listened to the sales presentation of the technician.). The recommended improvements cost hundreds to thousands of dollars! The most annoying thing is that the customer must state REPEATEDLY that they're not interested before the technician will leave.

      Mister Quick is DRAMATICALLY overpriced! We paid $15,000 for a hvac unit replacement after them telling us no other company would be able to schedule us in the heat wave and we didn't wanna risk our dogs being stuck in the heat. The sales person claimed this was thenlowest possible. After discussing our situation with other friends and family most paid on average $9000 for their replacements with other stuff included. They also unplugged my meat freezer and didn't plug it back in whwn they left so I had hundreds of dollars worth of meat goto waste! Now after researching they've been sued by the state of Indiana for overpricing and lying to customers before. A shame they seem to be doing it again.

      ****** *.was told we got a $2000. tax credit / was told I got a humidifier after I did the deal and heat pump and Furnace was installed got none of the above. plus, large hole in the wall. salesman doesn't get back with me? installers were great. if i had to do over would look elsewhere.

      In January 2024, I was charged $ 3900 for the installation of the water softner (without bypass). already have the bypass from the previous company.) Six years ago, I was charged only $1800 for the same services from the different company. Mister Quik seems to charge the price unreasonably high. I should only be charged $ 1900, which is reasonably good.

      They sent a sales person out instead of a plumber on the first visit. They told my wife it was likely leaking inside our walls and they needed to replace everything on a utility sink in **********. Classic scare tactics on the Mom at home with her kids.When I place the call I told them it was leaking from right under the sink. The pipe was easily accessible with no drywall removal necessary.The next day when the actual plumber came to fix the issue he saw it was a simple fix. Itt took him about 4 minutes, 5 inches of pipe, and 2 fittings and he was done.The company still charged me $783 which was the price to replace all the pipes inside the wall.I reached out on Tuesday to get the price adjusted. I was told ***** hours I would get a call. Now here I am on Friday evening with no contact.They charged me a price for work they didn't do. This is straight theft.

      *********** has very poor service and customer skills. I had to contact them 2 times for the same problem. I was told the first time need a more Senior tech to come out and then was advised I need to call gas company. Did all that and still problem was not resolved, had to call on Saturday with my kids freezing and me being disabled to be charged again for the same problem that was never resolved to begin with. This company is **** and will never use them again. I would be very careful if u need to heating assistance not to call Mr. Quik
