    Hello, I took my car to the tint shop on May 8, 2024 to have my windows tinted.. $184.46 I notice bubbles and gapps in the windows late Thursday So I took the car back on Friday Which would have been May 10th They decided to do the front to windows over(Which was not not done right)but in the meantime they cracked my front windshield They told me they would take care of it on Monday They text and ask for the Vin and never gotta call back never call me back on Tuesday I went up the on the May 15 ***** they did not want to pay for Safelite said $1000 was to much I asked him if they had a contract with somebody was taking there so long it's been a week Then they told me to come back this Friday May 17***** between the hours of 12 and 2 I just don't know what to do I have never been in a situation like this I have a 2023 ***** CX30

    After I took my car for them to replace the window on May 17,2024 which was not the right  window for the car,,, which was an out brand window and when I start say something about the window not being right,   He told me he spent a lot of money I should be happy but now he's not finishing the job  He told  me to leave or he will call the police he's not giving me a refund and do not bring the car back  I asked him can I get my $100 back he told me to take him to court ********** was called on my behalf And nothing was done... They don't have nowhere in your business stating no refund policy I asked him where do I state that in your business he said I said it..??
