    I purchased a brand new bedroom suit and within 3 months it completely began to fall apart. After reaching out to the company they advised that the parts were on back order. Several follow up attempts have been made and my set has not been repaired or replaced by the company per the policy.

    On 09/30/22 We spoke to ****** and purchased a Vegan leather sofa. We asked about the weight capacity and was told on a recorded line that it would hold up to ***** pounds. This is the first lie. We received the sofa on or about the10/28/22. We called and emailed about the damage and a return the very next day. We have a copy of the email and the time stamp . We did not receive call or email in return for our efforts. I called TOV furniture and spoke with Faith around 10/31/22. She stated that we had a seven day window in which to return the furniture. I told her I understood that, but how can you return the furniture when Gardner -White will not honor the policy for the customer. I also did a chat session with ********** on 10/05/22. I was told then we could return the furniture. As of today 12/16/22 Gardner-White has never reached out to us at all.
