    June 24 purchased an excavator from this company. Multiple excuses with unable to deliver. Asked for refund. Company stated would send refund. 2-3 weeks later supposedly a refund sent by Company by **** Now offically lost by ***** Claim filed????? Company said would send another cashier check. Still nothing as of 8/14/24 company has multiple addresses. Money was wired to company. Have all emails . Really no phone calls.

    Purchased a piece of heavy equipment from this business and they promised to deliver the equipment. Equipment never arrived, received email after email with excuses as to why could not be delivered. Requested refund, shipping label was created, tracking number was sent, but no package with refund has been received. Contacted *** and *** checked into shipping and stated no movement on package. This business has a full website up, posing as a legitimate business, but they are not!

    I purchased an excavator and they could not deliver it as promised. They offered a full refund of the purchase price. They provided us with a tracking number for the refund check but after speaking with *** they told us a label was created but they never received a package to deliver.
