    Had flood damage (1/30/2025) at my home. ** *** was the ******************* that the insurance company used. I dropped the Remediation check off to the company and had since been calling the Project Mgr. *** *******. Never left a voicemail but would never get an answer or call back either. This wk (May *******) I reached out and left a voicemail message. Did speak with him briefly, now today (5/15/2025) we had an 8:30a phone discussion concerning the work to be done. I get frustrated while on the phone and tell him this and get off the phone. Ive been walking on concrete floors since the damage and YES, I am frustrated. He sends me a text (unprofessional) saying: Im sorry youre frustrated. We havent gotten started yet and if youre already unhappy it doesnt make sense to proceed any further. I appreciate the opportunity but cant help you any further. They have my kitchen sink rigged up with 2x4s (and I have no sink in my hallway 1/2 bath), that I wouldnt feel safe having someone else/some other company coming behind to fix. Dont think that he had time for me since all the work in the Report wasnt being done by them (not enough money). Contacting the company that uses them through ****************, after this complaint as well.

    I have called homeowner & left messages but have not heard back.   I will continue to attempt to reach the homeowner.   We have written an estimate on the damage & it has been approved by the insurance company.   If the homeowner wants us to do the entire job - we are more than willing to do it.
