    Date of the transaction:August 26, 2024 Amount paid:$4,767.00 (paid in full)What the business committed to provide:According to Invoice #*** from Indy Ignited LLC, the contractor committed to:- Remove and reinstall the patio surface - Regrade and level the sand base to eliminate low spots and improve drainage - Reinstall existing pavers to match the original layout - Apply polymeric jointing sand to prevent movement and water intrusion - Rebuild the retaining wall using proper footing and adhesive - Provide a 1-year craftsmanship warranty Nature of the dispute:Shortly after the project was completed, I noticed water pooling near the retaining wall. I contacted the contractor, who returned once and drilled holes in the wall, which failed to resolve the issue.After winter, I discovered that several tiles had become loose due to water trapped underneath, and the water pooling had begun washing away the foundation of the retaining wall.I also observed that the regrading was done incorrectlyinstead of channeling water away from the patio, it causes water to collect and stop at the base of the retaining wall, right in the middle, creating ongoing drainage and erosion problems.Additionally, the project has other major workmanship issues:- Broken tiles - Jagged, uneven paver cuts - Cracked jointing sand - Improper drainage throughout the patio These problems violate the expectations of quality and contradict what was outlined in the invoice and warranty.Has the business tried to resolve the problem?No. Ive made multiple attempts to contact the contractor by text between fall 2024 and April 2025. My most recent contact was a voicemail on April 7, 2025. I have not received any response.Does the issue involve advertising?No, the dispute does not involve any advertising claims.

    Attached is a PDF containing the full message history between myself and Indy Ignited LLC, showing multiple attempts to contact the business between September 2024 and April 2025. Despite these effortsincluding a final voicemail on April 7, 2025I received no response. This document supports my original complaint and demonstrates my ongoing good-faith efforts to resolve the issue directly with the business.
