    We moved into our new build home in 2021. We had to have our floors replaced in 2023 to no fault of our own and now a year and a half later are having the same issues. They sent a 3rd party out to evaluate how bad they were- the recommendation is that the floors needed replaced. That was over 2 months ago, we have not received a call or an update on the floors and what the plan is moving forward. Overall would avoid ever using this company and would caution anyone looking for new flooring. Customer service is not top priority and the quality of service is less than an acceptable standard. We did not intend on moving into a brand new built home, and needing our floors replaced TWICE in 3 years. Communication goes a long way, as does doing the right thing.
