      Took my car there on 5/31 with a headlight issue. They said they had to order a part and it would take 3 days to arrive asked for a $300.00 deposit. Three business days pass no part or any contact. I call them on the fifth day and they said the part arrived. I had called days earlier and told them the repair should be covered by a national company, gave them the name and asked that they contact them. Since then I've tried phone calls, emails and text messages and have never been contacted by anyone since 5/31. This now 6/25 and they have my deposit and I've asked for a refund. As always no contact. Last time I called nobody answered the phone and the phone mail box was full. Tried several texts as they advised. NO REPONSE. Worst customer service in my life.

      I had my car serviced at another shop in ******, I was overcharged and the customer service was left me feeling taken advantage of. I read some reviews and decided to try Autopotenza. The customer service was outstanding and my car was fixed correctly. I won't go anywhere else for my *********
