    We are on a no call list and Big Boy Construction kept robo calling us . It is extremely disrupting for those of us working from home . I told them I am reporting them to the better business bureau.

    Unfortunately this customer may have someone imitating our company. We do not have a call center nor do we solicit by phone calls or robo dialers. Complaint is not valid as this is not our company doing this.

    Insurance Fraud of how **** from *** Boys Construction *** files claims and estimates he won't file estimates until the insurance company files theirs then he says theirs cost is the exact match of insurance approves then he won't file his quotes with them telling us to let it is sit and this is how he will get more money from insurance is to just harass them til they give in and pay He finished the roof but not following through with what he promised in his contract with me the home owner he and his crew were not about safety at all with his work job site with and disrespected our property and safety he won't return any calls and has been caught in his lies by myself and our insurance claims worker **** who's also not received his job detailed claim and shes even still given more money then needed for the job his crew left powertools still plugged in and hanging from our roof overnight left pitchforks and shovels in the yard all over the property nail sheets were thrown around the yard ladders were not tied down and also left on the roof overnight we have photos of the job site they ruined the flower beds and no porta potty was left for workers and we could smell urine all over our driveway and flowerbeds they worked two days on our property never asking to use our bathroom facilities and never leaving worksite til evening which they left so much dangerous tools out and strewn around the property with out a clean up they had no hard hats or ropes tied to the men working on the roof and no spotter pitch forks and hammers tools fell from the roof due to not being tied down he is now not finishing the gutters trim painting and replacing the ruined boards from damage that he promised to do in his contract with us he wont return calls and is telling us lies he keeps saying he will be back to talk yet almost three months later now he still hasn't been back he even told us that we should have listened to him about letting him handle insurance so he can get more money

    This complaint is a false allegation stating Big Boy's Construction or anyone associated to Big Boy's Construction has committed or been involved in Insurance Fraud. If not removed further action will take place.

    The insurance process is very difficult and unfortunately some customers do not understand this process. Big Boy's Construction works with insurance companies on a daily basis and has a great reputation with these companies. 

     

    The job site was cleaned. Unfortunately with construction there is always debris and tools on site. The site was cleaned when the work was completed. Big Boy's Construction was not trying to just make more money on the job. Insurance companies often pay lower than the market pricing which is what happened in this situation. In the end the work was completed and also the customer kept some of the funds from the insurance company from the work that we agreed not to complete.
