HVR by far is the BEST and most trusted roofing company I've ever known. They have done wonderful job at ALL of my clients homes including my own. They worked great with my insurance company, as well as my clients. They offer only the best products and service as well and guarantee their work. Their workers were on time, communicative, and efficient. They cleaned up and all 4 of my roofs looking incredible after our hail claim. HVR has not only gone above and beyond for myself, but for all my clients. I cannot recommend them enough.

Two long parts to this nightmare. Do not hire these people! Didn't care for salesman **** from the beginning. He didn't like dealing with a female. Part one: Told him if they found any trouble to fix it, not cover it up. They found some rot on north side by gutters. (fascia) He said they didn't do gutters but he'd see if he could find someone. I thought a bigger job would be more tempting to someone so I told him just replace all gutters since they were old. And replace what was rotted on roof. He left gutter just hanging from the roof. I said if it rains it'll pull that down. He said it wouldn't. I didn't believe him. I got a long board and propped the gutter up where it should have been. Waited 6 weeks and no word. Finally got ahold of ****. He said he couldn't find anyone. I asked if I should try to find someone. He said, "Yes." Part two: when ****'s crew was done with roof the bottom shingles looked terrible. Wavy. Had **** come back to look. He was alone. He said they'd be fine and settle with warm weather. Didn't believe him. Part one again: I found a guy for gutters and to replace what was rotted. When he finished the North side of house looked ok but the shingles on S. side looked worse than after ****'s crews. **** and another guy came back. They said they'd be ok. As per phone call to office thru my daughter (I didn't want to deal with *********** said I wasn't happy with job. They said they had a problem with coming back because another contractor had fixed gutters and rot. **** TOLD ME TO FIND SOMEONE! Had a leak from ****'s crew. One contractor came and asked who did the shingles cause he don't want to use them. Terrible job. Had a new contractor come and replaced the bottom rows of shingles and fixed the leak. I didn't want ****'s people to touch the roof they did such a horrible job. I'd rather pay someone again to fix it right than to have **** and his crew touch it! Horrible business. Save yourself trouble and find a different contractor.

We were referred to ****************** by her daughter after we installed a new roof on her home. I met with ****************** and she explained to me that her husband had passed away several years ago and she knew that she needed to do some maintenance on her manufactured home, which she was starting to have problems with. I inspected the roof and determined that there was hail damage to her shingles, and she filed a claim. I met with the adjuster when he did the inspection and the insurance company agreed to pay to remove and replace her roof. Our agreement was to do the work that was being covered by the insurance company in both the scope of the repairs and the price. When we were installing her roof we encountered several problems. We installed several new pieces of OSB due to rot, performed framing repairs, and extended a plumbing vent that was only a few inches above the roof line. We did all of this for no additional cost to her to help her out due to her situation and her daughter being a friend of the owners family. We also discovered that her fascia and soffit were severely rotted out, and I explained to her that it would need to be fixed and it was beyond what the roofing crew could do. I explained to her that I would not have anyone available to do that type of job, but I would try to help her find someone. She later advised me that she had hired a contractor to repair the fascia and install gutters.I heard back from ****************** after the other contractor had repaired the fascia, soffit and installed gutters. She explained to me that she had several problems with him and decided not to pay him for the work that he performed. She asked me if I could come back out to take a look at the wavy shingles along the *****. I again went out to ******************** house and discovered that the contractor who had installed the gutters cut the gutter hangers and they were placed up underneath the first row of shingles. I scheduled someone to come out to her house and removed all of the gutter hangers that were left on the roof. Again, I did not charge her for this, and it became apparent that the more I did to help her out, the more she blamed us for the problems that were caused by an extreme lack of preventative maintenance and the work performed by another contractor.
