    I had a remodel November 2022, my new glass shower that was installed began leaking and the door became hard to close. The secretary was notified and she wanted to go back and forth about what the issue was or was not when video was sent. The contractor came out adjusted the door and finished caulking most of the shower, which was in December 2022. I contacted the contractor Feb 8, 23 with video to show the door was back to not closing properly, (I now have to close with my foot on the outside and pull it up on the inside which pulls my already bad back) the shower head leaking and the shower leaking from the wall. I followed up on Feb 24th and was responded to on Feb 28th to contact contractors wife (secretary of scheduling) to set up a time to come out. I forwarded his text to her but no response. I followed up again with the contractor that I had no response and I was told its been 5 months and they do not come out to fix after so many months. My wood table was scratched up after my floor was laid, I was told how to fix it myself instead of a more professional response. My doorways were cut at the bottom to lay the flooring and again I was told how to fix it myself. My closet doors were not closing properly after they were removed and rehung after my floor was laid. The contractor removed and hung them back up, he had to force them closed and that was it, nothing else was done. As a result of them having to be closed with force, the wood has came apart. I have to leave the door open to push the wood back. Unfortunately, this has not been a good experience with this company not willing to fix their mistakes and some of the unprofessionalism I have received bringing issues to light. I should not have to find someone to correct their mistakes.

    The work was done and completed  last year with the money she was willing to pay.

    Anything else would be a cost for service to be done.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

    The new shower installed less than 6 months ago continues to have issues from the initial installment. When contacted via text message, the contractor stated to contact his wife to be scheduled and after information was sent to her, there was never a response. The contractor then replied they do not come back to do work after a certain time. A job was accepted and paid for but issues were left behind with knowledge that they exist. All I am asking is that the companys ********** their word.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

    I have been very truthful in every detail. I have attached the contract that does not stipulate a time limit to do repairs to any installs. Also, there are further text messages to show the conversations had when issues were brought to light. This was an insurance job, and the amount was agreed upon by all parties which made the amount paid accepted so that is not the issue. The secretary requested payment in full long before the job was completed and not willing to wait for the insurance to pay out the rest upon actual completion as insurance jobs typically are handled. My new shower door that was installed had to be adjusted in December and the same issue continues. I am not understanding why a shower door repair is hard to get done when the contractor himself had been willing to come out to fix it.
