They came out and installed a few windows for me, and they look great. The installer didnt leave a mess and was very proficient.

Not sure how these people sleep at night and how they are still BBB accredited. Company offers a "quality" product. Claim they have come up with some revolutionary quality compound that somehow your hardware stores are incapable of selling. Their quality installers are like no other. Oh and the garbage warranty pitch. This is 2 and a half hours of my life I will not get back, all because I was trying to be polite. This is ******* disguised as business. My assumption is that they target older communities. Then, talk the people to death trying to build rapport. They make the consumer invest so much time that they feel like they have to commit. Don't come to people's homes and waste their time. Give the estimate and leave. People have families and lives. I cannot talk to the quality of their product but their sales tactics are just sleezy. Make sure you get three quotes. The variation between the three quotes I received was so outrageous that I can tell some companies aren't being honest and I believe this is one of them. I got my windows from the guys at White Oak. I can't say enough good things about them. They were easy to work with and kept me updated every step of the way. I put windows in my whole house, and I love them!!!!! I would recommend White Oak to anyone!White Oak Construction Corporation

4 starsWhite Oak Construction did our roof on 8/10 and did almost a perfect job. Everyone we spoke to were very friendly and answered all of our questions. They were quick to get the work started and even though they were short handed the install was faster than what we thought they would be. Our only complaint is their clean up job. When they finished the roof, they barely went through to pick up all of the nails that covered the ground. Luckily we had our own magnet that we took through and was able to find at the very least of 50 nails scattered around our house and through our neighbors driveway. They told us multiple times that someone was going to come out and do a better clean up job, but no one ever showed. Had we not cleaned ourselves, ****************, neighbor, or any of our vehicles could have been harmed. That being said, it was a pleasure sitting down with them and doing business together.Review fromAJay H

1 starIf someone doesn't want your business and has repeatedly told you that they don't want it, stop calling them. I've said that I do not wish to be contacted in no less than three phone calls. Stop soliciting. Furthermore, do not call to simply "ask questions" about my home. If I don't want your business, then I definitely don't want to talk about the work I have had done on my home by businesses that don't harass people for work. Lastly, the quotes I initially received were outrageous, and the salesmen who have subsequently called have always been rude.Review fromTerry M

5 starsWe had 9 windows replaced by White Oak Construction, We like them Makes hose look better and hopefully more energy efficient than the old ones. Crew that came to install took about 5 hours to replace the 9 windows They fold in for easy cleaning. Although they are a bit expensive WE are happy with them *********************Review fromDebra C

Please do not target and solicit the elderly and get them to sign a contract when the funds to pay are not available ! This is shady business practices ! If I could give a zero rating for tricking my elderly family member I would !White Oak Construction Corporation

Thanks for your concern. We have steps in place to protect the elderly and other potential customers as well.
First, when an appointment is initially set, we have a manager call back to confirm the appointment. It gives a customer an opportunity to back out or ask any additional questions they may have thought of. We also ask on the phone to any customer that is retired if they have anyone that helps them make decisions on their home, for their protection.
Second, The paperwork we leave a copy of is very detailed and in three different places explains how to cancel an order if they change their mind. This is not in small print. There is one particular form called a Notice of Cancellation that is explained and very easy to understand.
Third, we send out another person to remeasure for our product and walk through the process with a homeowner before we ever order a product (none of these contacts are the same person). The customer has another opportunity here to ask additional questions or back out.
i am sorry you feel they way you do. We take great pride in not taking advantage of the elderly, or any customer for that matter. We operate our business under the guidelines of honest, professionalism and integrity. If you would like to discuss further please feel free to contact our office.

5 starsI had a few windows put in & also had a new side entry door put in. I'm extremely pleased with the work that was done. The windows look great & the door is perfect. All the guys were very nice & professional, they explained everything before they got started on anything. I would highly recommend White Oak Construction to anyone. Someone driving this company truck decided to tailgate my vehicle all the way down 135 this morning from County Line road to Southport road. I was driving the posted speed limit and at times going up to 5 mph over, we also drove through a school zone where this driver continued to tailgate my vehicle with a bus in front of me. As he was tailgating my vehicle he also made sure to swerve back and forth in and out of the lane we were in.Thank you for so kindly advertising your business on this truck so that a complaint of your driving could be made. If you are in that big of a rush you should wake up on time, not drive recklessly through a school zone and tailgate a mom with children in her vehicle!White Oak Construction Corporation
