********************* really knows his ceiling fans. He correctly diagnosed the problem with a fan, the lights on which had stopped working, over the phone before he even saw it. He confirmed I don't need electrical work behind the wall, recommended a cheaper lighting kit replacement, and when I was unable to obtain a lighting kit, installed a new ceiling fan for me instead.Big Jim Service, LLC
