    my neighbors and i had a $20,000.00 sewer dig 3 years ago and started having water come up in the basement. i called another plumbing company because we were not happy with the job done by armor air. got snaked sept 2024 and jan 2025 to find out armor air had created a belly. they first suggested we would pay another $8,000.00 for re-dig on same area they already did, they finally decided to do the job at their cost. after fixing the belly they caused, now the sidewalk and street have to be replaced @ ********* for neighbor and i to *****. they were to come mon but didnt and started the job tues feb 18, 2025 and today is friday 21st and the town of speedway came and shut down the job before complete due to their bond permit had expired. my yard is all dug up haven't been able to use my facilities for 5 weeks now and i have a hair studio at my home that i am unable to work. only wet down cuts for 5 weeks.. i am $3.500 in the hole from lost wages and they wont come back til monday hopefully to finish. not to mention we had to be financed before they would start the job. so they have been paid for me to still b unable to use my facilities and keep canceling any chemical work that i would need my shampoo bowl. i am very disappointed as the owner was supposed to phone myself and my neighbor but he has not. what a snake!!!!

    I went to Armor Air based on a recommendation, ***** the sales guy has not called me back and it's been a week and a half since they installed my new HVAC unit. I just had a couple questions and a ***** hasn't made the courtesy to give me a call or text back. They are professional up front, but post sale they don't give a s*** about you. Will not be recommending them to anybody or using them on any of my rental homes.I gave them a check post dated for 4 days in advance and I told them I didnt have the money in my bank account because I keep most of my money in an online account. It takes 2-3 days to transfer. They reassured me that they would wait until Tuesday to deposit the money. I woke up the very next day (a Thursday) and they deposited the check. Im very glad the check didnt bounce. Extremely unprofessional after I told them the circumstances and they agreed to it.
