Complete shysters, we hired them through fha to install a complete new system for us. Ducts heat, air. We have had nothing but one problem after another with this company. They refuse to stand by there products or services. Took us for a 3 year maintenance agreement. Sold us a damaged furnace and hid the repair. Unit was leaking carbon monoxide into our home and we find out the heat exchanger was broken and repaired with our knowledge. Our burners are rusted horribly and we have no heat coming out of half our home. They have refused from day one to stand by products or installation.

I'm sorry that you feel the way that you do ****. *******************, when your husband ****** contacted us for your install, we let him know that we don't typically do work in Paragon, ******* and that we don't typically work on mobile homes either. However, he said he worked for an **** company and didn't want them to do the work. We came out and gave a quote to replace the **** equipment in 08/2015. This was mailed to ************************ on 08/27/2015, He agreed to patch up the utility room ceiling that was falling in, and take care of the roof issues. We installed in 08/2015. Three months later you had only paid $4460 of the $8920 that you owed. The bottom of our quote and the subsequent invoice state that we could collect a fee for you being late which we never charged you. On 12/30/2015 we sent the invoice to ************************************ and ************************. On 02/2016 after 6 months of not being paid, and it looking like our lien opportunity was running out, I personally contacted ************************************, ****************************,*****************************, ************************, and ************************ to let everyone involved know kindly that our opportunity to set a lien was running out, and that we would simply like paid, and we were going to secure our position if there was going to be a problem. ***************** then let us know that you would be handling the disbursement. But then also gave us information for First ******************************* On 02/12/2016 our computer shows the final payment was wired to us a few days less than 6 months after the installation. On 03/11/2016 we returned because we were told the furnace filter was getting full quickly and you wanted us to look at the ductwork in the crawlspace as a courtesy even though we do not do ductwork, and do not work on mobile home duct systems. We found that ****** had not closed up the drywall in the utility room, and that was allowing insulation and moisture to enter the filter area and block the filter. We were unable to look in the crawl because of water in the crawspacel. We then came out on 06/17/2016 to do a normal air conditioning service to correct the charge from installation now that you were living there and it was time to run the air conditioning. We supplied a free media air filter because the prior one was packed. On 11/22/2016 we came out and did a fall/winter inspection. We then went out again and met with ****** and according to him he was finally pleased with everything as well as could be. Then on 07/18/2017 we went out and did an air conditioning service, and everything looked good except the the filter was a little extra dirty, and the tech didn't have one on his truck. Those are the only trips that we have logged. The idea that we somehow fixed a heat exchanger is pretty baffling. You purchased a n ***************** furnace. They are the absolute best heat exchangers in the business, especially on your ADH2. Without seeing it for the last 5 years I would tend to almost guarantee it is in tip top shape as from the *** unless some gross negligence has happened. And I don't even think that would likely have hurt an ***************** heat exchanger. But in my 20 plus years of working on furnaces, I have not seen anyone repair a heat exchanger ever that I can think of except for the factory fix for the Heat exchanger inshot area on Rheems from 20 years ago. You or anyone is welcome to see our invoices for your job, or our pictures of documentation. We would be willing to come out for no charge and inspect whatever you were told about the heat exchanger, but we have never modified a heat exchanger EVER ANYWHERE as much as I can recall. And as factory trained ***************** dealers we would not be allowed to do that in any form. If you have ***** burners, there should be a manufacturers warranty on those parts. Once again, I'm sorry that you called us "Shysters" I do not believe that is an accurate label. However, you are certainly welcome to your opinion.*To be clear, we have sent you the original quote and the invoice which are basically the same. And can send it to you or anyone who has any interest in it.*There was only given a 2 year maintenance agreement given, which is typically a total of 4 trips out. And we did fulfil that obligation. At no time would we have ever said we would give a 3 years maintenance agreement.*There was never a time when we were there that we would have had any time to have "fixed your heat exchanger" and there would have been no reason to do so with a new furnace. If there was an actual problem with your heat exchanger in the first 2 years, we would have got you a new furnace because we have been customer care dealers with ***************** and there would have been no benefit whatsoever of doing what you have accused us of.*We are willing to come out and look at your system and tell you the truth concerning your situation*at no charge* . And we likely may be able to warranty your rusted burners, however, a reasonable charge for installing them would likely be charged (probably $100 and would include a standard cleaning) And we are not offering to make other repairs for free. If we possibly did anything wrong we would want to make it right(and could at no charge, but I think that is not likely to be the case). However, your furnace is **, and it is VERY common for the burners to get ***** when you are on **. And sometimes if the ** is very "wet" it can take out burners pretty fast. This method of talking is a private conversation(The BBB). You have also given us a 1 star review on ******* We are going to copy this response to ****** on Friday evening as well, but would have preferred in the first place for you just to have called us with any concerns. Our last two trips out, everything had seemed as if we were back on track. Your husband gave us that indication, and your system was in great shape. We would like this BBB case closed, and our review on ****** changed to something reasonable. As we think the basic fact that half of our funds were withheld for just shy of 6 months I think in itself would keep us from a 1 star. You got the best brand in the industry with us, and we have returned everytime you have asked. I believe we have been very giving since we first met your family. Calling us is the best way to resolve things, and I believe everytime in the past we have taken good care of you. We are still willing to do so, but we would like the BBB case closed, and the ****** review changed. If you do not want us to come out and do not want us to work with you that is your decision. We will be posting this response to ****** tomorrow evening. I believe ****** grades us on our response time, So we will wait until Friday evening to make our post. We would love to have everyone happy. But allowing a 1 star review to stay up without a response will only be one more day. I had already spent 2 hours preparing most of this and was ready to upload when I saw that you had contacted the BBB.If there is a productive thing I can do to help you, please reach back out to us ****.
