    Tech. came out as "free 2nd estimate". Saved me $ thousands. Tech. from another HVAC company showed me readings on his tester that showed me no (ie 0.0) pressure for my freon (on my near 20 year old ****** A/C). And suggested new A/C unit. Which didn't make sense because I was getting some cool air from floor register. Chapman tech. used similar test instrument - - plenty of freon - - no leak. Actually opened value a bit and freon came out like -- back end of jet engine.I signed up for ************** agreement on the spot. Honest individuals usually work for honest companies. ************

    After my first great experience with Chapman Heating and Cooling I dont call anyone else. They explain everything as theyre working, pricing is straightforward and upfront. Very nice service people and they know what theyre doing.

    Today ** and *** came out to install both a new ac and furnace. They did an excellent job from what I can tell, being a female with limited technical knowledge. They answered my questions and were neat and clean during work and their cleanup.****, the salesman, did also an excellent job answering my extensive questions and following up throughout the process.I highly recommend this company from start to finish.

    Best my AC has ever worked. Been fighting with it for 15 years. Very impressed. First company I'll call when time for replacement. ***** was my serviceman.
