    On November 17, 2023 ***** with Perdue Heating & Cooling came out to perform routine maintance on my furnance. The furnance was making a strange sound and flashing an error code. My husband was home at the time as I was at work. When I returned home I noticed the furance continued to make a strange sound and give the error code. I called Perdue Heating & Cooling to request that someone come back and reinspect the furnance. ***** came backout, 11/18/2023, and this time stated there was a part that regulates the heat flow and the furance had been over heating for sometime. He also stated the likehood of the part being replaced was slim, becuase it hadn't completely failed. ***** made some adjustments and said to call if it continued to be a problem. I called Perdue Heating & Cooling a few weeks later, 12/13/23, to report the problem still exist and to request the part be replaced. The furnance is still under warranty. This time they sent ****** to inspect the furnance. I was once again not home, but my husband was. ****** made some adjustments as well, but did not replace the part. I notice when returning home that the furnance was now making a humming noise and not functioning like it should. Fustrated, I called and attempted to speak to someone regarding this and was told someone would call me back. That didn't happened. On 1/13/2024, I called again and spoke with ***** who works for Perdue Heating & Cooling. She arranged for ****** to come backout the same day. I asked her why couldn't they just replace the part and her response was the field person (******) will assess things. ****** came to our home along with aonther technician. ****** stated things were operating as expected and for me to send him a recording of the noice the furnance is making. I sent him a recording on 1/30/2024 but got no follow-up call or response. Around 2:00am this morning, 2/24/2024, my furnance stop functioning. It is 27degrees outside. I need this resolved and at no cost to me.

    We have reached out to Mrs. ****** about this issue. Upon, reviewing the account we discovered there had been an accounting error on our behalf and we voided the bill that was showing due for her. Due to the error and the frustration this has caused Mrs. ****** we offered her a 3-year service agreement to cover her system with seasonal tune *** for the life of her warranty.

    ****** Heating & Cooling a.k.a. Swift Mechanical did replace the heating element that was not functioning correctly. They also agreed to honor my request for free service inspections over the next 3 years. Thank you for your assistance in the matter.
