    RUN, RUN, RUN!!! DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!! ****** ****-******* stole $19k from us for HVAC units. He took the deposit and then ghosted us. After we engaged an attorney, we found that there are NUMEROUS lawsuits against him for the same thing!!

    If I could give negative stars I would. Avoid this scumbag because he will lie and steal your money any chance he gets. There is a special place in h*** for people like ****** ****.

    They did a rush job and didn't want to fix their mistakes. They also altered my check and redeposited it almost exactly one year later. I understand mistakes happen, but have not heard back for an explanation. Altering checks is fraud. Altering checks to get paid twice is theft. I have receipts. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this is warranted.

    Worst so-called HVAC company I have ever had any dealings with!! Period.Tech that came out to inspect furnace and air conditioner gave an inaccurate inspection report!Which in turn, the owner, **************** submitted to a scam-ass warranty company (Choice Home Warranty) And when I inquired as to why a report that was incorrect was submitted to CHW I was given false information, and basically lied to!! The owner, ******, promised to send me pics, and a copy of the report (which caused the so-called warranty company to deny my claim) to my phone or email. I never received either, And future calls were not answered. New phase HnC has been sued many times and in the prosses of being sued over improper installation, terrible customer service, fraudulent actions and incomplete work / repairs!! DO NOT FOR ANY REASON use New phase *********************************************** This review is in regard to " New phase ********************************************** Not New phase comfort **********************************************

    This provider was assigned to service our home by our warranty company. The technician did not come during the first appointment, which was a 5 hour window of time. We called the provider twice, but the associated mailbox was full and voicemails could not be left. We then sent a text message. That night, we received an apology via text message and were told they would come the next day within a 3 hour window of time. The next day, we checked in the morning that they were still coming, which they affirmed. However, it is now almost 2 hours beyond the second appointment's window of time, and they have not shown up nor responded to an additional call and text message. Our warranty company is assigning our claim to another provider. We then checked the provider's BBB rating and felt a responsibility to share our experience so that others can also be informed.

    Communication skills A+++, he let me know when he was running a few minutes late, kept me updated throughout the process. When he was on the way, when he would be there, what to expect along the way, instant written estimates and receipts. Great. I dealt with ****** and he is one of the most polite and accommodating individuals I have ever met, I didn't know this level of courtesy and respect still existed. During his first visit, he explained to me exactly what he was looking at, how to read the codes of the furnace (which will save me grief and $$$ in the future), tried to fix wat the codes indicated. When that didn't work, he investigated further, found and showed me a crack in the heating element (bad news) and so I needed a replacement. I told him my upstairs was not heating or cooling as well as my ground floor and so he checked my duct work in the crawl space for me and it checked out fine. Suggested a more powerful blower for the new furnace since that would not add to the cost. Since my air-conditioner was 29 years old, I decided we might as well replace that too while we are at it to save a little on the cost. The estimate was very reasonable for both. It tool a little longer to install than anticipated, but that is because I have a very old house and difficulties generally pop up. But ****** took it in stride even so he had to alter some parts and custom built some and in the end I had a beautifully working furnace.He cleaned up after the job and I think my house was cleaner than when he started.Not only do I now have a wonderfully warm furnace, a huge air-conditioner and a programmable thermostat, but I also have a one year warranty on labor and 10-year manufacturer warranties which ****** already registered for me.What more could you ask for?
