    I ran out of my medication in June of 2024. I called the office and no one would answer a phone, I left messages and none were returned. I then texted the number I got from the answering machine. Initially they responded that "they would look into it". I never heard back again. Finally I emailed the office asking for a new appointment, so I could get my medication refilled and they never responded to those emails either. Eventually, I gave up and found another physcian and medical office to take care of me. When my 6 month appointment came around, I didnt go becuase I didnt think they wanted me as a patient since they would not set an appointment with me when I reached or respond to me. They then charged me $50 for nothing. I want that bill removed as no services were rendered. THey didnt want me as a patient so I left the practice.

    The patient unfortunately had a valid complaint and we owe her an apology.  When we received this complaint it was the first time that management or the owner had heard of her problem.  We do wish she had reached out to us to voice her concern as her next step.  I do understand how she is very frustrated and unhappy regarding her treatment by our staff.  I know that excuses do not help, however we have been unable until this past month to find good staff for our office.  During the timeframe of her complaint we had multiple staffing issues and staff that were not performing up to our standards.  Those individuals have been terminated from employment with our organization.  I have tried to contact the patient via her cell phone and left her a message on 11/5/2024 to apologize and ask that she contact me so I could discuss her concern.  I have not heard back from her.  We have written off her no-show fee of $50.00 so she has a zero balance to the practice.  Patient satisfaction is very important to the owner of the practice.  She would be happy to speak with the patient to personally apologize for this very unfortunate situation.  I have attached a copy of the financial statement that the patient signed relating to the no-show fees as well as the bill that shows' the amount has been written off.
