    Business was supposed to provide home health services. When i was supposed to have service no one called or text to let me know anything. They never responded to me when needed. When an aide called in at noon and shift didnt start til five they didnt let me know til 8:06 when the shift was iver at 9. They do not care about the well being of clients and their needs.

    It is never our intention to cause any stress or make you feel that we do not care about your well-being. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will immediately review the situation to identify where our communication and service processes broke down.

    I would also like to clarify that we provide non-medical home care services. Our aides assist with tasks such as companionship, personal care, and daily living activities, but we do not provide medical services. However, we understand that even non-medical services play a crucial role in your day-to-day well-being, and we take that responsibility seriously.

    Moving forward, we will take corrective steps to ensure that this does not happen again, and we are committed to improving the way we communicate and respond to your needs.
