      We have used Green Men Restoration for 2 home projects. In both cases, *** came out and met with us to see what we wanted, resulting in an estimation of costs. Getting on their work schedule took time.The first project was to tear down and rebuild a very old garage (ca. 1915). We live in a historic district. Green Men connected us to an architect who helped design a compliant building and guided us through the historic commissions administrative approval process, This project also included a charging station for an electric car and improvements to our lengthy driveway.This project was built during the Pandemic, which caused some additional delays.Our most recent project included renovations to our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and other updates. The work was professionally done. With a house that is over 100 years old, there were a few surprises, but the work crew recognized problems and made corrections as needed. We have been very happy with the outcomes on both projects. The work team was very conscientious about letting us know when they would arrive, cleaning up, carrying away trash, and advising us about the daily schedule of work. Green Men let us know the order of work and what had to be done on our part to allow them to move forward. They finished ahead of schedule and were able to refund some funds because of that. These are people with integrity who care about getting things done right. They gave good advice when asked. They were careful. I was able to sell the old cabinets they removed, for example.I am very pleased with the work done. I would recommend them. My only caveat would be to finalize the contract as soon as possible to get on their work schedule. We had to wait for work to start. Once it started, things proceeded promptly. We had a numbers of projects so that the crew could work on a different part of the house while waiting for the kitchen counters to be delivered.
