    We had this company do an insurance job and the chimney cap they put on wasnt the proper one causing a bad roof leak and ruining the roof decking and soffit. They also didnt replace some rotted decking around the chimney. We reached out to the owner many many times before the warranty was up, getting voicemails half the times or promises hed get out to see us. We finally got him to come out a couple times but only to get promises it would get fixed. At first it was thought it was leaking cause of the rotted decking that wasnt replaced, then it changed that it was caused from the chimney at the roof line was not flashed correctly, and last time it was cause of the chimney cap was not the correct one. That last time he was out with his guys, he got an attitude with us when his guys said it was not from the flashing and it made him upset cause of us having him out 3 times and just walked away mad leaving his guys there to tell us some lies about coming back to put on a new cap. We recorded every conversation and phone calls with them admitting all 3 situations were their fault and the day he walked off mad, his main guy stayed back and admitted that the chimney cap they put on was not the right one and all we got was a couple promises from his main guy hed be taking the situation over himself and after a couple phone calls with promises, he never showed back up and stopped answering our calls. We have all the conversations recorded and them admitting their at fault. They have giving us the run around and lies, and attitudes, and left us with a chimney thats still leaking, rotted roof decking, and a huge hole in our soffit letting birds in our attic and possible rain leaking in our walls.

    From our perspective, this is not how we remember our meetings with **************.  This roof and chimney cap were done back in 2013.  The first time we heard from ************** that there was a problem was years after the warranty had expired.  However, we have been in contact with ************** and have scheduled a meeting with him for next Friday 3/15/24 at 10:00 am.

    as not replaced. Raw wood is hanging over the garage and starting to rot. There are now holes in the ceiling, where feet came through the rotten wood. No drip **** was put on.The owner of the business has refused to reimburse me for the roof job, including the new damages that now need fixed. A whole new roof will need to be put on.

    We have retained an attorney to help resolve the issue.  ************** has been very difficult to deal with.  You can't have a phone conversation or an in person conversation, without him hollering, cussing and calling the owner a liar.  The owner visited ************** home so he could see what the issues were.  He does agree that some things could have been done better.  We want nothing more than to take care of what needs done.  ************** had an attorney, then got a new attorney, but we've yet to be contacted by the new attorney (so we're not even sure that he has one) to open up dialogue and get this resolved.  I've attached the offer that our attorney prepared for ***************  We have not heard anything back yet.
